There's a flurry of emotion at Huaisang's admission of the ways in which they are similar that travel through Loki's mind and heart. Loki can not begin to imagine what it would mean to lose Thor, his only brother whom he loves and is embarrassed by in equal turns. A man who remains home, currently training how to be... if not a ruler then definitely their father's imitation of one. And despite Loki's complicated feelings regarding that bit of truth, he knows that he would be devasted if he ever lost Thor.
