It speaks a lot about Loki's consideration of Huaisang that he doesn't press forward with the contact even when the other man pulls away; Loki is forever pushing the envelope in regards to propriety, though perhaps a little less so when further away from home. Needless to say, however, Meng Yao would not have been afforded the same consideration.

So when Huaisang pulls back Loki only smiles, as if nothing at all untoward has happened or threatened to happen.
