Suguru runs her hand through Satoru's hair, thinking about what should happen next. She feels completely out of her element with this, thrown off her routine, and still unsure what this means for her and Satoru.

But that's borrowing worries for the future. Suguru's tried to stop doing that, over the years, even though it's often a challenge, considering her career. She still has a job to do for now, and they can have fun. Even though Satoru seems to want a lighter hand than Suguru is used to, sex is still enjoyable, and they seem compatible in that.

It doesn't solve the problem of what to do now. They're still on a bus, and even though the trip isn't that long— they'll get to their next destination by morning— and has been smooth so far, she isn't going to risk an accident for something more dexterous.

"I have a bed in the back," she says, eventually. "Since you're stuck here for now, we should try to sleep."
