Damen erred on the side of taking too much time, overcompensating if need be for his lack of preparation before. Laurent's body was something he could spend endless hours doting on. As long as there were no demands in Akielon to be fucked, they would do just fine like this for a while.

He would have gone on like that indefinitely had not Laurent pushed his hand away. Yielding, Damen watched him and let himself be maneuvered onto his back for Laurent to climb on top of him. Realization struck him and he reached for Laurent's hips, steadying him and helping to guide him into place. He let his husband lead the way this time, knowing that this was the most critical of their couplings, the one that would pave the way for their future intimacies.
