Adam's smile slowly widened as Alec made his suggestions, full of shy hope and fondness, and a blush hovered across his nose and cheeks. "I've never been to any kind of club," he said, deeply curious about what kind of club Alec would suggest for the two of them. He'd seen assorted scenes on tv about clubs, which always seemed to involve a lot of drinking and grinding, and he couldn't help being curious about both of those things. It was difficult to imagine Alec loosening up enough to dance, but the mental image was deeply appealing.

"Let's do all those things," Adam said, hooking his index finger over Alec's in order to loosely hold his hand. He'd probably have to save for weeks or months in order to afford the symphony, but he'd make it work.

Weaving their fingers together more fully, Adam squeezed Alec's hand once and then leaned forward suddenly, brushing his lips over Alec's cheek, wanting to reward him for sharing things that he wanted.
