Adam kept his own opinions regarding the danger of being connected to the ley line. One of his friends had already been murdered over it, as he'd said, so he felt skeptical about trusting to the safety of Alec's suggestion that most people wouldn't believe his connection to the ley line. Those who did would surely be trebly dangerous.
