"I don't think that the gate would harm anything like her." Alec continued gently petting the caterpillar, unable to hide his awe that Adam had given him something special. "Technically it wouldn't harm an intruder either or I wouldn't be needed." Glancing up at Adam, tried not to think about the way Adam was blushing. He was fixated on it because Adam was the first person he'd seen in years, not any of the reasons he'd looked at boys in the past. It couldn't be that. He was Adam's...
