Sin and Salvation
Ashley Raventon had known for his entire life that his brother was the center of the world. As much as Ashley liked the attention of others, it was always his brother he sought when he was hurt or upset. If there was anything in the world that he desired, Ashley went to his brother to coax and wheedle and beg until he got his desires.
Ashley had known, too, when he grew old enough to have an interest in men and women, that none of them compared to his brother. None of them were as tall, as handsome, as intelligent, as confident. And though Ashley enjoyed thoroughly a number of dalliances as he was finding out his tastes and temperament, they all left him feeling lonely, and he often preferred to spend his evenings in his brother's study, reading a book until he got bored, and then monopolizing Arkady's attention until he was tired.
It was not until he was nineteen that he realized that he might be able to consolidate his interests. Morality and legality had never bothered the Raventons much, Ashley least of all, and Ashley found himself achingly bored of everyone in the world but his brother.
"Evening, Arkady," Ashley said, having decided upon what he wanted but not yet how to get it. He strode boldly into his brother's study, long red hair loose down his back. His clothing was impeccably fashionable, with tight-fitting breeches and a loose white shirt, his vest and jacket somewhere misplaced.
Leaning forward across his brother's desk, Ashley propped his elbows on the desk and snagged one of the papers in front of his brother, curious to see what business or scholarship occupied Arkady's attention tonight.

Sliding his hand up, he tangled his fingers in Arkady's hair, keening softly with pleasure and need.

His hands cupped Ashley's face, thumbs stroking the sharp cheekbones. Ashley always did have lovely cheekbones. "Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?"

"No," he said, because then Arkady would have to tell him again. He grinned, dark eyes watching Arkady's face with open adoration. "Not ever."

"You are the most beautiful creature there ever was," Arkady whispered, stroking Ashley's face with his fingers, trailing over his cheeks and lips. That hand then ran through his brother's hair. "You're like a siren of legend, and I'm completely under your spell." Arkady pressed another kiss to those beautiful lips.

He moaned as Arkady kissed him, hugging tight and possessive to his beloved brother. His nails slid up Arkady's back, marking him, leaving trails so that if anyone else dared to see Arkady unclad, they would know how claimed he was.

"Today can be just for us, my love," Arkady whispered, kissing Ashley's neck and jaw. "We can do whatever you want." He was more than willing to spoil his brother. He gave him another nip on the shoulder, only this bite was light and wasn't given with the intent to claim.

Arkady went downstairs and told the cook to prepare breakfast in bed for two, claiming that he planned to spend the day teaching Ashley about what Arkady did in his free time. The cook knew better than to ask questions.
Once breakfast was cooked, Arkady led two servants up to Ashley's room, where Ashley's breakfast was presented to him. Arkady ordered his own meal to be placed at the end of the bed, telling them that he just wanted to spend time with his dear brother. Thankfully, they didn't question this, and just seemed glad that their employer was being such a thoughtful brother.
When they left, Arkady locked the door behind them and sat at the end of the bed. "Is it to your liking?" Both their plates were piled with the finest breakfast meats, perfectly cooked eggs, toast with a side of butter and assorted jellies, and bowls of lovely sliced fruits.
